At Centi, we believe in the power of ownership. Companies that give employees, board members and other stakeholders the opportunity to be owners create better outcomes for individuals, businesses and society as a whole.

That said, setting up and managing ownership is often messy, time-consuming and rarely secure. This is what we are changing. We are building the leading equity management platform that enables businesses to manage equity ownership and engage their employees. We are still in the first innings of a long game, and we are looking for talented people to join us in our mission to create better outcomes for all. Our goal is to take the friction out of ownership and make it, well, just… work.

How we work

Centi was founded on the belief of a flat organisational structure; where decisions are made by those closest to the task at hand, each team member is empowered to drive projects from start to finish, and collaboration is integral to every step of the process. As an intentionally small team of 7, distributed between Amsterdam and Stockholm, we believe in passion, trust and autonomy to make Centi greater than the sum of its parts. We strive for simple solutions, fast iterative processes, and choosing the right people, partners and frameworks to enable us to build industry leading products.

We are building a team of experienced individuals who can pick any problem and resolve it. Our ideal candidate is a passionate problem solver with a doer mindset who is able to drive feature development end-to-end.

With Typescript as our first language we build modern scalable applications using frameworks such as Next.js, Inngest and TRPC. While we don’t expect you to have experience in all the platforms and frameworks we use, we do expect a solid understanding of Typescript, React and Node.js.
